We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping and return policy. If you have any questions, our customer care team is always happy to help.

Not so in love with your purchase? We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return.

If you are processing a return, you are responsible for the cost of the return label, unless the return is due to an error or a defect on our part. Please take at least the same amount as shipping in account plus additional processing fees (20 cents). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete a return, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Item(s) must be in original condition including packaging, with tags and hygiene sticker remaining in place and unaltered. 
  2. Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

When trying on your item(s), please fit your item(s) over your underwear and keep the pieces in the packaging in a clean environment to avoid any accidental stains or damages. Items returned must be unused, and folded neatly in original packaging. 

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 14 days). We always refund the money to the same account used for the original payment. Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.

We reserve te right to refuse refunds for items that are suspected to have been worn or damaged after being shipped from our webshop.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 48h of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipping

Orders

All Spices items are exclusively available on spicesswimwear.com. You can place an order by adding your desired item(s) in the right size to your shopping cart and then clicking on checkout.

You can pay with iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping

Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 15:00 are shipped in 1-2 business days. Items are shipped in letterbox packages (unless you order more than 5 items), so you don't need to be home to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

If your order is delivered to a pick up point and is not collected, the purchase amount minus shipping costs will be refunded once we have received the returned package.

Taxes and duties

Please note that if you are outside the Netherlands or Belgium, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These costs are not managed by Spices and are not included in the order total or shipping costs. We recommend checking the regulations of your country, as payment of import duties may be required to release your order if charges are applied.
